He has an LLM degree from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Bobir previously held the position of Managing Partner at a multinational law firm. He also served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Bobir is a co-author of the new version of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Competition”. He also leads anti-unfair competition activities and is a member of the Eurasian Alliance of Antimonopoly Experts.
